However, we can introduce you to a selection of lenders who may assist in financing your vehicle purchase. We will explain the features of these products and make a recommendation based on affordability and your specific needs at the time of purchase.

What Products Do We Offer?

We can introduce you to a limited group of lenders who may finance your vehicle. We only work with these lenders, and we recommend you carefully review the products to ensure they meet your needs. The Urban Dealership Ltd acts as a credit broker, not a lender.


Alternative Finance Options

You are encouraged to explore alternative financing options through other lenders. You can research high street providers, online platforms, or media outlets to find the best deal for you.


Our Insurance Services

At this time, we do not offer insurance products.


What Will You Pay for Our Services?

You do not need to pay us for introducing you to finance providers. We typically receive a commission from the lender if you choose to enter into an agreement with them.


Commission Disclosure

Our commission is usually a percentage of the total amount financed. If you’d like to know the exact amount of commission, you can request this information. Please note, while commission rates vary between lenders, it does not affect the amount you pay under the finance agreement.


Understanding Our Products and Documents

If you have any difficulties in understanding the information or documents we provide—due to health issues, recent life events, or other reasons—you should take the time you need to review everything thoroughly. If necessary, seek help from someone you trust. Please inform us if you require assistance, and we will ensure we handle your case in the most appropriate way. Always make sure you understand the information before making a decision.


Affordability

It is important to assess whether the monthly payments required by the agreement are affordable based on your current financial situation. If you anticipate any changes that may impact your ability to meet these payments, notify the provider immediately. Missing payments can negatively affect your credit rating and make it more challenging or costly to secure future financing.


What to Do if You Have a Complaint

If you wish to file a complaint, start by providing us with the details. You can reach us through the following:

Once we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it in writing, investigate, and aim to provide a final response within 8 weeks. If the matter remains unresolved, we will inform you in writing about the delay and when you can expect a resolution. If you are unsatisfied with our final response and are an eligible complainant, you can escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service within six months of our final decision.
